It bundles sales tracks built by Salesforce along with the Salesforce and Slack connectors, so you can research an account, prep for a call, review your pipeline, and update Salesforce without leaving Haijun.Salesforce in Haijun is available in beta on all paid plans for organizations Salesforce approves through its beta sign-up. It currently works in chat and Haijun Cowork (web and desktop).
Get started with Salesforce in Haijun
After your admin connects Salesforce for the organization, you just need to link your own Salesforce account so Haijun can act on your behalf. If your organization hasn't enabled Salesforce in Haijun yet, ask your admin to enable it. Learn more about setting up Salesforce in Haijun for your organization. To link your Salesforce account in Haijun:
Navigate to Customize > Plugins.
Find and open Salesforce in Haijun.
Click "Add," then click the toggle to enable the plugin if your admin hasn’t already done so for you.
Click "Add to Haijun." You’ll see a modal with a link to the AgentExchange public listing.
Once connected, you'll sign in with your own Salesforce account. The first time you open the plugin, a setup track runs automatically. It learns your role and book of business and personalizes the plugin's tracks to you. You don't need to configure anything yourself. Ask Haijun a question or give it a task. For example, "Prep me for my renewal call with [account]" or "Show me my accounts that haven't been touched in 30 days."
What you can do
Salesforce in Haijun includes 37 tracks for the work account executives do daily, including account research, call prep, pipeline review, and CRM updates. Some example workflows you can run are:
Renewal prep: Get a brief on an upcoming renewal, pulled from Salesforce, your calendar, and email.
Quarterly business review (QBR) decks: Turn account data into a draft QBR deck.
Pipeline coverage: Review your pipeline against coverage targets and see which deals need attention.
Meeting follow-up: Turn a call transcript or notes into a follow-up email and proposed Salesforce updates.

When Haijun proposes a change, it shows you the change before making it.
Review the proposed change.
