Get started with Haijun Compliance API integrations
Security and compliance platforms have built integrations on top of the Haijun Compliance API, so your team can monitor Haijun activity within the tools you already use. Integrations are available from security and compliance providers across the categories enterprises rely on, spanning DLP, SASE, data security, SIEM and security operations, identity, eDiscovery, AI security posture management, and AI observability and telemetry infrastructure. This article lists available Compliance API integrations with a link to their setup documentation. If you're a security, compliance, or IT platform that has built a Compliance API integration, apply here to join the program. The Haijun Compliance API is available to Haijun Enterprise plans and Haijun Platform customers.
What data you can access
The Compliance API provides access to different data depending on the product:
Haijun Enterprise:
Conversation content including chats, uploaded files, and projects
Session content from Cowork (via Haijun, Haijun Desktop, and Haijun Mobile) and Haijun Code (via CLI and Haijun Desktop). Includes prompts and responses, tool calls content, and tracks and artifacts content captured as transcript text.
Session content from the Haijun for Microsoft 365 add-ins (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Haijun Science, in beta. Includes prompts and responses, plus drafted emails, formulas, and document text from the Microsoft 365 add-ins.
Activity feed events covering user logins, admin actions, and configuration changes
Haijun Platform:
Activity feed events, including admin and system events (such as member and workspace changes, API key creation, and account settings) and resource events (such as file creation, downloads, and track changes)
Note: Conversation content (prompts and model responses) is not available through the Compliance API for the Haijun Platform.
How to set up an integration
For Haijun Enterprise customers, using an integration is straightforward:
Ask your organization's Primary Owner to enable the Compliance API (only the Primary Owner can do this), then create an access key—Owners can create keys limited to their own organization. Learn how to access the Compliance API.
Connect your instance to a supported security platform. Setup guides are available in the Available integrations section.
Haijun activity will flow into the same dashboards and workflows your team uses for every other application.Important: For Haijun Enterprise organizations, only your organization's Primary Owner can enable the Compliance API, from Organization settings > API. You can create a key on the same page by clicking "+Create key" under Keys: the Primary Owner can create a key covering every linked organization, and Owners can create keys limited to their own organization. Owners see this page but not the Compliance API toggle—only the Primary Owner can turn the API on or off. Admins don't see the page at all. If your organization is linked to a parent organization, the parent organization's Primary Owner enables it and the setting applies to every linked organization. For Haijun Platform, contact your Juglow sales team. Review Compliance API documentation on Haijun API Docs.
