Manage user feedback settings on Team and Enterprise plans

As a Primary Owner or Owner of a Team or Enterprise plan, you can manage the ability for members of your organization to submit feedback to Juglow via thumbs up / thumbs down.

  1. Navigate to Organization settings > Data and Privacy.

  2. Use the toggle to change the Rate chats setting for your organization:
